OFFER
Retes d.o.o. (Explore.hr) is a tour agency based in Split, specialized in mediating tours and activities on behalf of the Client. Tours include boat tours, adrenaline sports and other guided activities, in the Split-Dalmatia County. Retes d.o.o. shall guarantee the execution of the program purchased. The Client is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process. These terms & conditions apply to all the tours offered on this website.
THE RIGHT OF AGENCY TO CHANGE AND CANCEL THE SERVICE Retes d.o.o. maintains the right to cancel the service in case of extraordinary circumstances. The Client will be compensated either by a tour on an alternative date, alternative tour/route or cancellation with a refund. Client cannot claim any other costs. It is your duty to inform us about your decision within 2 days of our offer. If the Client doesn`t do that, the Agency will book a replacement tour.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
By making an online reservation via the Agency web page booking system, you are expected to pay the full amount at once for all the products. Once you submit a booking request via our website, you will receive an email with payment information. The online payment is done by card; if you wish to pay via Bank transfer, please reach us directly.
PRICING AND CONTENT
The agency reserves the right to make modifications to the prices made public in case of drastic changes in transport prices and other services.
CANCELATION POLICY
ALL cancellations must be in writing – by e-mail or WhatsApp. Unless stated otherwise on the relevant tour page on our website, the following cancellation policy applies:

LIABILITIES
Liability for the eventual loss of personal and material belongings lies entirely with the Client. For all water activities, children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and full responsibility for them is assumed by the parents or guardians during their stay on board. It is recommended that all non-swimmers wear life jackets that are secured while driving. All passengers have to follow the instructions of the crew and the captain of the ship during their stay on board. Pregnant women and persons with medical problems should consult our agents when making reservations and inform them about their condition. The decision to proceed with the tour reservation and liability in case of any misfortunate events lies entirely with the Client. By making a reservation for our services, guests confirm that they are familiar with these Terms of Service and disclaimer and accept them as undisputed.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY
During the booking process all our guests are asked for some personal information – which is never shared with a third party and is used only for marketing purposes.
COMPLAINTS AND REFUND CLAIMS
Please contact us immediately if the tour services are incomplete or executed below standard. We will consider the refund claims as invalid unless we were notified on time. Please send all refund claims to hello@explore.hr or A. Mihanovića 6, 21000 Split, within 2 days of the completion of disputed service. The Client is entitled to compensation in the amount of real value of services that have not been provided. All possible disputes come under the jurisdiction of the Court in Split.
COURT JURISDICTION
You have the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and the Agency will aim to settle possible law suits. Agreements not reached become subject of the Split Court jurisdiction – under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
